Application Form

  1. A passionate love for Jesus Christ.

  2. A biblical understanding of servant leadership.

  3. A vibrant devotional and worship life that overflows into faithful service within the Church.

  4. The ability to rightly interpret and apply Scripture.

  5. A genuine love for and commitment to serving God’s people in the fellowship of the Church.

  6. Personal wholeness in Christ that enables ministry to the broken and hurting.

  7. A life marked by attentiveness and obedience to the voice of the Holy Spirit.

  8. A bold passion to proclaim the gospel locally and globally—for the glory of God.

WHAT TO EXPECT

RSM includes one phase of training and one phase of action.

Training Phase

Two 14-week semesters (fall ‘26 & spring ‘27)

  • On Campus

  • Prayer/Prophecy/Deliverance Class (F)

  • Church History Class (F)

  • Spiritual Growth & Transformation Class (F)

  • The Servant Leader Class (S)

  • Hermeneutics Class (S)

  • Biblical Counseling Class (S)

  • Community + Discipleship

  • Worship + Prayer

  • Part Time (3 hours on Sunday evenings in person per week + 1 Saturday morning for 4 hours per month)

Fall Semester Dates: 8.16.26 - 11.22.26
Spring Semester Dates: TBD

ACTION PHASE

Through the Summer (‘27)

  • Evangelism

  • Worship + Prayer

  • Serving the Unreached

  • Ministry at RiverStone Church

  • Music Coaching + Mentorship

  • Hands-On Leadership Experience

Summer Dates: TBD, depending on which track you choose

COST

Cost: $650 for fall & spring semesters (50% off for spouse). The action phase in the summer may require additional payment, depending on what ministry you choose to experience.

Payments can either be made in one $650 down payment, OR 6 payments (the first is $150, then five $100 payments prior to each class).
